Asia Pioneer Entertainment Limited (APE) was established in 2006 in Macau. APE is the main operating subsidiary of the corporate group of Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Limited. Under the leadership of the two founders of our group, Mr. Herman Ng and Mr. Allen Huie, APE has expanded its business from slot machine sales and distribution in Macau to:
(1) the technical sales and distribution of electronic gaming equipment(EGE) to casino operators;
(2) the provision of consulting services to manufacturers of EGE and technical services to manufacturers and casino operators;
(3) the provision of repair services to casino operators.
In 2021, Asia Pioneer Entertainment (APE) launched a brand new smart vending machine operation and commodity retail brand — “KatKatMall®” to provide smart vending machine business for the mass market. Vending machine’s retail commodities include travel gifts, daily necessities, snacks and drinks, etc. In the same year, APE launched an branded coffee machine operation brand “KATFFEE®”. KATFFEE® cooperates with Macau’s well-known coffee bean supplier, which selects coffee beans from Portuguese-speaking countries. Every cup of coffee is made-to-order. KATFFEE is committed to provide high-quality branded coffee produced by vending machine to the public.
