Ma Chi Seng, Independent Non-Executive Directors of APE

Mr. Ma is responsible for supervising and providing independent judgment to the Board. Since 2008, Mr. Ma has been appointed as a director of New Worldwide International Limited, a company incorporated in the Macau SAR, conducting wholesale business of tobacco and wine.

Mr. Ma obtained a bachelor degree in business management from the Monash University in Australia in 2003.
